Choose the IIAA Warranty for Comprehensive Protection
IIAA Warranty
The IIAA Warranty is an initiative that provides much needed consumer protection in the retro-fit insulation market. The IIAA supports homeowners with a Ten-Year Warranty on eligible properties.
All insulation products sold in Australia carry a statutory guarantee to be of acceptable quality under Australian consumer law (when installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines). However, quality issues with insulation are rarely if ever to do with product quality – they are invariably due to installation methods and poor practices.
IIAA’s quality assurance process is designed to prevent quality issues during installation and, in the unlikely event there is an issue, provide recourse to have it properly addressed in a timely manner.
Under the IIAA Code of Conduct, IIAA Accredited Installer companies commit to having their work independently assessed for workmanship quality, compliance and safety. If a problem arises with your installation covered by an IIAA Warranty, we will investigate and, if required, rectify the problem – even if the installer is no longer trading. The IIAA is committed to providing a fast, streamlined service to address Warranty claims.
