Looking to lodge a concern?

Most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting your installer, but you also have the option to report your concern directly to IIAA. Choose the path that best suits your situation. 

Contact your installer directly

Our installers are committed to resolving issues under the IIAA Warranty. Reaching out to them directly gives them the opportunity to take responsibility for the issue and remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Report to IIAA

You can choose to report your issue directly to IIAA whether you prefer not to contact the installer, have been unable to reach them, the installer is no longer in business, or a warranted issue has not been resolved in a timely manner. 

  • lBefore you lodge an issue

Please have the following information ready:

  • A clear description of the concern

  • Photographic evidence of the affected areas

  • Any supporting documents (such as reports or assessments)

  • Your IIAA Warranty Certificate number

This information helps us assess the issue accurately and determine the next steps.

Response

We will contact you within 5 working days to acknowledge your submission.

Review

We’ll assess the information you’ve provided and, if needed, arrange an inspection.

Resolution

If rectification is required, we’ll organise the works within 14 working days of issuing the inspection report.
